Abstract:
This information processing device comprises: a communication unit which acquires, when a vehicle has entered a predetermined range based on a facility, route guide information for guiding the vehicle through a route in the facility, facility guide information for presenting predetermined information on each location in the facility, and character information for outputting a character relating to the facility; a storage unit which stores the route guide information, the facility guide information, and the character information; a positional information acquisition unit which acquires positional information in the facility; and a control unit which causes an output unit to output a character on the basis of the character information, and at least one of a route guidance and a facility guidance on the basis of the route guide information, the facility guide information, and the positional information.
