Abstract:
An equipment introduction effect analysis device (10), which is an information processing device of the present invention, comprises: an equipment-related information storage unit (15) that holds equipment data, including information on a piece of equipment and information on the functionality and the performance of the piece of equipment, and equipment purchaser data, including information on an effect that can be obtained by an equipment purchaser (20) by introducing the piece of equipment, equipment use environment information, and information on already-purchased equipment; a search service unit (12) that searches equipment purchaser data acquired from the equipment purchaser who has already purchased a piece of equipment having the functionality and performance desired by a person (30) considering an equipment purchase; and an evaluation engine unit (13) that generates information on an effect, which will be provided to the person considering an equipment purchase, by converting the effect information included in the equipment purchaser data found by the search, on the basis of the equipment use environment information included in the equipment purchaser data of the extraction source of the information, and information on the environment in which the person considering an equipment purchase will use the equipment.
