Abstract:
[Problem] The improvement of an organization has depended on the individual capability of a consultant. [Solution] Provided can be an information processing device for improving an organization by including: a reference parameter storage unit which stores parameters for information taken by each type of one or more types among organization proficiency information, business change information, company control information, and information delivery information; an organization parameter storage unit which stores parameters associated with organization identifiers; an information receiving unit which receives one or more types of information among the organization proficiency information and the business change information; a parameter accumulation unit which acquires, from the reference parameter storage unit, one or more parameters according to each piece of information of one or more types of information, and accumulates the one or more parameters in association with the organization identifiers; a command receiving unit which receives a command; a parameter acquisition unit which acquires a parameter that is to be a pair with an organization identifier included in the command; and an improvement processing unit which uses the acquired parameter and performs a process for improving the organization.
