Abstract:
The present invention provides an information processing device comprising a fingerprint acquisition means that acquires a fingerprint of a subject using a fingerprint reading device. An image acquisition means acquires a hand image of the subject who has placed a finger on the fingerprint reading device. A finger determination means determines, on the basis of the hand image, whether or not the subject has placed his or her index finger on the fingerprint reading device. An alert means outputs an alert if the subject has not placed his or her index finger on the fingerprint reading device.
