Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and a storage medium that enable personnel information to be utilized more effectively.　The information processing device comprises: a generation unit that references a first storage unit in which stored is personnel information including members related to an organization and the characteristics of the members, and that, in accordance with the characteristics of the members, generates prescribed statistical information from the personnel information of the organization; and an output unit that outputs the statistical information generated by the generation unit.
