Abstract:
The present technology relates to an information processing device and an information processing method which enable highly robust resetting to be performed without providing a dedicated reset terminal. An input signal is input from a common input terminal into which a reset signal indicating that a built-in circuit is to be reset and a type of signal different from the reset signal are input, and the circuit is reset during a period from a first time point at which it is detected that the input signal has a voltage at least equal to a first voltage for determining that the input signal is the reset signal, to a second time point at which it is detected that the reset signal is at most equal to a second voltage lower than the first voltage. The present technology is applicable to true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones and the like.
