Abstract:
An information processing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a protection unit that protects at least a portion of first communication in which frames are transmitted or received cyclically; and a frame counter that increments, frame by frame, a frame count value transmitted or received via the first communication. A frame includes first packet data comprising the data of a single packet and second packet data comprising the data of multiple packets. The protection unit computes a first MAC using at least the frame count value and a part or all of the first packet data, and computes a second MAC using at least the frame count value and a part or all of the second packet data. At least one of the first packet data or the second packet data includes anomaly notification information in the event of an anomaly in at least one of the frame count value or the frame counter.
