Abstract:
In order to limit a moving body such as a robot becoming an obstacle to, for example, a walking object moving on a movement path when the moving body is moving on the movement path, an information processing device according to one embodiment of the present disclosures comprises: an occupied area prediction unit which, on the basis of a movement plan of the moving body, predicts an occupied area as a function of time, said occupied area being one in which the moving body occupies the movement path on which the moving body can move; and a movement control unit which, on the basis of sensing information obtained by sensing a target environment including the movement path, predicts whether an object in the target environment will enter the occupied area, and controls the movement of the moving body on the basis of the prediction results.
