Abstract:
Provided is a technology for easily understanding the effect of a correction process performed on two-dimensional plots. The present technology provides an information processing device comprising a two-dimensional plot generation unit that generates two-dimensional plots on the basis of fluorescence data obtained from a population of particles labeled with a plurality of fluorophores, and that generates a two-dimensional plot group related to any one of the plurality of fluorophores and each of all the other fluorophores on the basis of a correction process performed on the two-dimensional plots. The present technology also provides an information processing method comprising a two-dimensional plot group generation step for generating the two-dimensional plot group, and a program for causing an information processing device to perform the two-dimensional plot group generation step for generating the two-dimensional plot group.
