Abstract:
In the present invention, an image forming device (1) comprises: a print control unit (102) that outputs image data to a printing device (2) and causes an image indicated by the image data to be printed; and an image processing unit (103) that, when an image is printed, processes image data in which the image protrudes out of a print page serving as the first page and in which two or more pages are printed, by separating the image protruding out of the print page serving as the first page from an accommodated image that is accommodated within the print page serving as the first page, dividing the separated image in accordance with the size of the accommodated image, and then sequentially arranging the divided images in parallel with the accommodated image. The print control unit (102) outputs the image data that has been processed by the image processing unit (103) to the printing device (2) and causes an image indicated by the image data to be printed.
