Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a system capable of promoting efficient use of wireless resources when making use of an MVNO. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device provided with a calculation unit that calculates usage fees that a first operator charges a second operator that provides a wireless communication service using a physical network owned by the first operator. The calculation unit calculates said usage fees on the basis of the value of a parameter that depends on the efficiency with which wireless resources are used in the aforementioned wireless communication service.
