Abstract:
A time slot specifying part (102) reads facility information to be inspected (specifically, base station ID having the previous inspection date within a predetermined period in the past) from a facility information storage part (101). A daytime information acquisition part (103) acquires daytime information on a location in which each base station to be inspected is placed. The time slot specifying part (102) specifies a time slot out of backlight hours on the basis of the read facility information and the acquired daytime information. An operation plan generating part (104) generates an operation plan for a drone (20) that photographs the facility in the specified time slot out of backlight hours. An operation plan output part (105) outputs the generated operation plan.
