Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve labor saving of inquiry work to the outside that a user performs for resolving an abnormality when the abnormality has occurred in a production machine. An information processing device of the present disclosure is connected in a manner that enables data communication to a production machine such as a robot. The information processing device comprises a monitoring unit that monitors the occurrences of abnormal phenomena of the production machine, and a processing unit that performs an assistance process for assisting inquiries by the user for resolving an abnormality when the occurrence of the abnormality in the production machine is detected.
