Abstract:
An information processing method, cloud service platform and information processing system. The method is applicable to a cloud service platform, and comprises: receiving device operational data and user data transmitted by a smart home control device, wherein the step of receiving the device operational data and the user data comprises: controlling, in a process of a user using at least two smart home devices, by the smart home control device, the at least two smart home devices to acquire operational data of the at least two smart home devices and user data of the user (51); analyzing the device operational data and the user data to generate an analyzed result (52); determining whether the analyzed result satisfies a preset condition (53); and if so, transmitting the analyzed result to a user equipment of the user for the user to manage the at least two smart home devices based on the analyzed result received and outputted by the user equipment (54).
