Abstract:
The present invention stores usage registration information that indicates usage/non-usage of a maintenance management service that secures spares for the members of molding machines before the members are damaged at a storage unit in association with identifiers for users of the molding machines, acquires physical quantity data that relates to the state of the members of the molding machines, estimates the remaining life or degree of abnormality of the members on the basis of the acquired physical quantity data, determines the need to secure spares for members no later than before prescribed periods of time that correspond to the members on the basis of the estimated remaining life or degree of abnormality of the members, and, when it has been determined that there is a need to secure a spare for a member, executes processing that pertains to securing spares for members that need to be replaced in accordance with the usage registration information stored at the storage unit.
