Abstract:
Provided are an information processing method, an information processing device, and a program which extract subsets having domain generalizability. This information processing method, which is executed by one or more processors, comprises: extracting, by the one or more processors, subsets of data sets to be analyzed under specified conditions; and evaluating, by the one or more processors, the domain generalizability of the extracted subsets. The domain generalizability of a subset indicates how little the classification performance or prediction performance of classification models or prediction models that have been trained using the subset is reduced due to changes in the joint probability distribution of the explanatory and objective variables due to changes in various conditions of the data generation process, or how high the classification performance or prediction performance is in such cases.
