Abstract:
One aspect of the present disclosure is an information processing method wherein: first gaze request information pertaining to an event which has occurred around a moving body at a first time is acquired from the moving body (S401); an unnecessity degree indicating the degree to which a gaze or operation by an operator in response to the first gaze request information is unnecessary is determined on the basis of the first gaze request information and past gaze request information associated with second gaze request information that has been acquired prior to the first time and with action information that indicates an action of the operator in response to the second gaze request information (S402); an output mode of alert information based on the first gaze request information is determined in accordance with the unnecessity degree (S403); and a terminal used by the operator is caused to output the alert information in the determined output mode (S404).
