Abstract:
This information processing device performs: sequential acquisition, from a sensor that is capable of measuring an action of a prescribed part of a user, of data relating to the action of the prescribed part at a plurality of time points; determination, based on the data, of whether or not the action of the prescribed part is a mode switching action, when in a non-movement mode; switching from the non-movement mode to a movement mode when it is determined that the action of the prescribed part is the mode switching action; outputting movement information relating to a pointer on the basis of the data when in the movement mode; and switching from the movement mode to the non-movement mode when a prescribed condition has been satisfied after the output of the movement information.
