Abstract:
The present application relates to an information processing method and a terminal device. The information processing method comprises: a terminal device receiving configuration information of a candidate cell; and the terminal device determining a timing advance (TA) on the basis of the configuration information of the candidate cell. In the embodiments of the present application, a TA is determined on the basis of configuration information of a candidate cell, such that a handover time delay can be reduced.
