Abstract:
Provided are an information processing system, information processing device, terminal device, and information processing method with which body information of a user is acquired, optimal information is provided for each user, and the user can be assisted efficiently. A guidance system 1 acquires body information of a user 7 by means of a wearable device 2, acquires position information indicating the position of the wearable device 2, and transmits user information including the body information and the position information to an evacuation guidance server 5. The user information transmitted by the wearable device 2 is received by the evacuation guidance server 5, guidance service information is generated on the basis of the user information, and the guidance service information is transmitted to the wearable device 2.
