Abstract:
An information processing system according to the present disclosure has: an estimation unit for estimating, on the basis of disaster information concerning occurrence of a disaster, disaster affected situations in a plurality of bases where vehicles are remotely operated; and a decision unit for deciding, on the basis of the disaster affected situations, assignment of an operator to a remotely operated vehicle among a plurality of operators who each belong to any of the plurality of bases.
