Abstract:
A portable terminal device 50: communicates with an NFC tag 30 that is provided to a station and offers station information; and acquires station information for a usage station. The portable terminal device 50 generates entry information or exit information including the acquired station information. Furthermore, the portable terminal device 50 stores passenger ticket information and electronic money information. A server 40 has a function for communicating with the portable terminal device 50 via a network NW, and a ticket gate function. The server 40 acquires the entry information or exit information generated by the portable terminal device 50 and the stored passenger ticket information and electronic money information, calculates a fare on the basis of the entry information or exit information and the passenger ticket information, and collects the fare from the electronic money information. Furthermore, the electronic money information after collection of the fare, and the passenger ticket information indicating that an exit process has completed, are written to the portable terminal device 50. It is thereby possible to make use of a transportation facility using the portable terminal device even when no ticket machine is installed.
