Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an information processing system and an information processing method with which speech text data of an agent can be more flexibly audited. [Solution] An information processing system provided with: a storage unit for storing speech text data of an agent; a communication unit that receives request information requesting the speech text data of a specific agent from a user, the request information being transmitted from a client terminal; and a control unit that, upon receiving the request information via the communication unit, returns corresponding speech text data to the client terminal, updates the speech likelihood level, which expresses the likelihood of the specific agent delivering speech content indicated in the speech text data, according to feedback from the user regarding the speech text data, and correlates the specific agent with the speech content and stores the result in the storage unit.
