Abstract:
An information processing system (10) comprises a position acquisition unit (72a) that acquires position information about a plurality of users staying inside a space, an identification unit (72b) that identifies the utilization of a plurality of areas inside the space on the basis the acquired position information, an output unit (72c) that outputs survey information to a mobile terminal (60) carried by each of the plurality of users and thereby surveys the plurality of users regarding the use of the plurality of areas, and an acquisition unit (72d) that acquires a plurality of user responses to the survey input into the mobile terminal (60) as response information.
