Abstract:
An information processing system of the present disclosure comprises: a transmission device 20 that transmits, to the inside of a store, store clerk identification information for identifying a store clerk P; a customer terminal 10 which is held by a customer U inside the store and which receives the store clerk identification information inside the store; and a management server 30. The customer terminal 10 is provided with an identification information transmission means for associating and transmitting the received store clerk identification information and customer identification information for identifying the customer holding the customer terminal to the management server. The management server 30 is provided with a customer information provision means for transmitting information of the customer identified by the customer identification information transmitted from the customer terminal 10 to a store clerk terminal 20 held by the store clerk identified by the store clerk identification information associated with the customer identification information.
