Abstract:
According to the present invention, an arrangement information measurement unit 202 measures arrangement information indicating the arrangement of objects existing in a three-dimensional space. An arrangement information acquisition unit 102 acquires the measured arrangement information as an output of an arrangement detection sensor. A change area specification unit 103 specifies, on the basis of the acquired arrangement information, a change area in which a change of the arranged objects occurs as compared to a three-dimensional map. An area photographing instruction unit 105 instructs a photographing drone 30 to photograph the specified change area. A flight control unit 302 of the photographing drone 30 controls the flight of an own aircraft on the basis of the instruction and causes the own aircraft to fly to the instructed change area. An area photographing unit 303 photographs the change area when the own aircraft reaches the change area. An area image acquisition unit 106 acquires data indicating the captured image of the change area. A three-dimensional map update unit 107 updates a three-dimensional map on the basis of the captured image of the change area.
