[Problem] To propose an information processing terminal and an information processing method whereby information that is useful when selecting link information can be provided to a user. [Solution] An information processing terminal provided with the following: a request unit that, upon acquiring object-related information from that object, requests that an information processing device provide layout information that is associated with said object-related information and contains a plurality of pieces of link information indicating link destinations; and a display control unit that generates a link-list screen on the basis of the aforementioned layout information, said layout information having been acquired from the aforementioned information processing device, and displays the generated link-list screen on a display screen. The display control unit acquires information from the link destination corresponding to each of the plurality of pieces of link information contained in the layout information, and on the basis of that acquired information, controls the manner in which the link-list screen is displayed on the display screen.
