Abstract:
This information provision method is a method for providing information in an image management system (10) that manages vehicle image information and communicates with an electronic device (20) and a user's display terminal (50), said electronic device (20) being mounted in a vehicle (B) and recording vehicle image information captured by an image capture unit (30) that is mounted in the vehicle (B) and captures an image of the surroundings of the vehicle (B). The information provision method according to the present embodiment acquires vehicle image information from the electronic device (20). Upon acquiring, from the display terminal (50), viewing request information representing a request to view power-off case image information, which is vehicle image information during the time from when the power from an accessory power source (40A) of the vehicle (B) to the electronic device (20) is cut off to before a prescribed time (t), the information provision method transmits the power-off case image information to the display terminal (50) so that the display terminal (50) displays the information.
