The present invention relates to the field of electronics, and provides an information pushing method for vehicle evidence collection of hotels and an evidence preservation system. The method comprises: recording a preset photographing site; detecting whether a vehicle drives into the photographing site or not; if not, maintaining the original status; and if yes, starting to photograph, and pushing patent information to a user. According to the present invention, an appearance evidence of an automobile is preserved when the automobile drives into a parking lot so that the party responsible for an accident can be identified once a scratch appears in the automobile body so as to avoid shirking responsibility to each other, and moreover, the rights of a patentee (applicant) are protected.
