This information terminal device is a device in the form of a wristwatch, wherein, by pulling out a second input/output part from the rear side of a first input/output part, the quality and/or number of functions of the information terminal device is increased while maintaining a compact configuration. The first input/output part is configured to be provided with a plate-form first input/output part body, first guidance members that are provided as a pair on both sides and as a front/rear (upper/lower) pair, and a folding member that is provided to a base-end side and is capable of opening/closing a gap. The second input/output part is configured to be provided with a plate-form second input/output body, and second guidance members that are provided as a pair on both sides. The second guidance members slide, via a linking member, so as to be sandwiched by the first guidance members, thereby making it possible for the second guidance members to be pulled out and forming a single surface once the second guidance members are caused to move forward while in the pulled-out state. The folding member is then folded so as to fill the space between the first guidance members, improving the aesthetics of the information terminal device.
