Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an information transmission method and apparatus, and a device. The information transmission method comprises: receiving condition switching request information sent by a second primary node; adding a secondary node according to the condition switching request information, and taking the successfully added secondary node as a candidate secondary node; and sending switching request confirmation information to the second primary node according to the candidate secondary node, wherein the switching request confirmation information comprises first configuration information and a switching command of a first primary node and the candidate secondary node, and a switching execution condition and/or auxiliary information.
