Abstract:
Provided are an information transmission method and apparatus, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The information transmission method comprises: during the process of a user equipment (UE) executing local condition evaluation of conditional handover (CHO) and executing CHO, measuring and recording random access channel (RACH) access process information of the UE performing RACH access on one or more candidate target cells or candidate target beams; and sending the RACH access process information to a source cell or a source base station node of the UE.
