Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed in the present application are an information transmission method and apparatus, a terminal, a network side device and a storage medium. The information transmission method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal sends to a first network side device first capability information, the first capability information being used for indicating whether the terminal supports a target service and/or a target communication mode. The target service comprises at least one of the following: a metaverse service; an augmented service based on extended reality; and a service having a set requirement; and the target communication mode comprises a communication mode having the set requirement, the set requirement comprising a power consumption being lower than a first threshold value and a rate being higher than a second threshold value.
