Abstract:
The present application provides an information transmission method and a communication apparatus. The information transmission method comprises: a first device indicates a first transmission resource to a second device, and transmits first information to the second device on the first transmission resource; or the first device determines the first transmission resource indicated by the second device, and transmits the first information to the second device on the first transmission resource; if the first device is a satellite and the second device is a ground station, then the first information is telemetry information; and if the first device is the ground station and the second device is the satellite, then the first information is remote control information. By implementing the present application, the transmission resource for transmitting the measurement and control information can be flexibly determined, and the deployment cost is saved.
