Abstract:
Provided are an infrared detector and gas analyzer that enhance the sensitivity of the detection of a specific gas component and thereby make it possible to set a strict standard. This infrared detector comprises: a plurality of optical filters that each selectively transmit infrared light of a prescribed wavelength; a plurality of light converging parts that are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of optical filters and converge infrared light; and a plurality of light reception units that are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of optical filters and in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of light converging parts and each receive infrared light that has passed through the corresponding optical filter and been converged by the corresponding light converging part. Each of the plurality of light converging parts has a light entry opening into which infrared light enters, and the areas of the light entry openings of the plurality of light converging parts are not equal.
