Abstract:
Disclosed is an oven head, comprising: a base (210), which is provided with a mixing channel (211); a gas inlet pipe (410), which is in communication with the mixing channel (211); a ceramic board (510), which is provided on the base (210) and is provided with a first through hole (511); a protective cover (110), which is provided above the ceramic board (510) and provided with a plurality of second through holes (111), wherein the plurality of second through holes (111) are provided at the side surface of the protective cover (110); a radiation board (112) is provided inside of the protective cover (110), and the radiation board (112) is arranged close to the top part of the protective cover (110). After preliminary mixing with air in the gas inlet pipe (410), gas is diverted by means of the first through hole (511) of the ceramic board (510), so that the gas and the air are thoroughly mixed and overflow at the first through hole (511), the mixed gas is ignited so that same is fully combusted, and heat is transferred outwards by means of the second through holes (111); during combustion, the ceramic board (510) is in contact with a flame instead of a metal board, so as to prevent the production of an open fire, and reduce the likelihood of burnt food.
