Abstract:

This invention provides the following: an infrared-light-blocking composition that can form an infrared-light-blocking layer that exhibits excellent light-transmitting performance in the visible region and excellent light-blocking performance in the infrared region; an infrared-light-blocking layer; an infrared cut-off filter; and a camera module. This infrared-light-blocking composition contains inorganic microparticles and a dispersant. An infrared-light-blocking layer formed by said infrared-light-blocking composition exhibits a transmittance of 60% or less at a wavelength of 1,000 nm, a transmittance of 50% or less at a wavelength of 1,100 nm, and a transmittance of 80% or more at a wavelength of 500 nm.
