Description:

[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title]

INFRARED RAY DISCHARGABLE SINK DOOR [Technical Field]

<i> The nresent invention relates to a kitchen sink door emitting far- infrared radiation, and more particularly, to a kitchen sink unit that can continuously emit far-infrared radiation by forming a heating film emitting the far-infrared radiation on a kitchen sink door. [Background Art]

<2> Generally, a kitchen sink unit is a kind of furniture that is installed in a kitchen of a house or restaurant and used for preparing food and washing fruits or vegetables.

<3> Fireplaces had been installed in kitchens of houses before modern cooking systems were developed. The fireplaces emit far-infrared radiation that can protect a variety of diseases related to female genital organs. In recent years, gas ranges or microwave ovens, and the like have been used to prepare food. Therefore, it cannot expect to provide the far-infrared radiation effect capable of being generated from the fireplaces.

<4> Therefore, a variety of schemes for emitting the far-infrared radiation from the sink unit have been developed. Korean Patent Registration No. 0,016,818 discloses a kitchen sink unit having a cable heater emitting far- infrared radiation.

<5> The kitchen sink unit disclosed in tHe patent includes an upper plate. The cable heater and far-infrared radiation composition are formed on an undersurface of the upper plate so that a user (e.g., woman) working in front of the kitchen sink unit can be exposed to the far-infrared radiation.

<6> However, in order to experience the far-infrared radiation effect, a door of the kitchen sink unit must be opened. This is troublesome for the user. In addition, the cable heater and the far-infrared composition cause the increase of costs. [Disclosure]

[Technical Problem]

<i> The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the problem and objects of the present invention are as follows:

<8> (1) An object of the present invention is to provide a kitchen sink door that is designed tr > VnVP ? hpntϊησ film nn-ittinfr far-inf'"irprl radial 'On and thus to protect a variety of diseases related to female genital organs.

<9> (2) Another object of the present invention is to provide a kitchen sink door that is designed to have an ultraviolet lamp and thus to sterilize an inside of a sink unit, thereby making the sink unit clean.

<io> (3) Still another object of the present invention is to provide a kitchen sink door that is designed to have a far-infrared radiation unit this is simple in a structure and thus be cheaply manufactured. [Technical Solution]

<ii> To achieve the objects, the present invention provides a door for a kitchen sink unit comprising a rectangular box body, an upper plate formed at a top of the body, a door formed at a front portion of the body, the door including a frame, front and rear rectangular transparent panels fixed on the frame a heating film disposed between the front and rear rectangular transparent panels, an ultraviolet lamp that is disposed at a side of the heating film between the front and rear rectangular transparent panels with a shielding layer interposed between the heating film and the ultraviolet lamp, a reflective plate that is formed on the front rectangular transparent panel to correspond to the ultraviolet lamp, and a reflective plate that is formed on the rear rectangular transparent panel to correspond to the heating film.

[Advantageous Effects]

<13> According to the sink door of the exemplary embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

<14> (1) The kitchen sink door has the heating film emitting far-infrared radiation and thus nrntprts a vaπ ' ptv of diseases related to female penital organs.

<i5> (2) The kitchen sink door has the ultraviolet lamp and thus sterilizes an inside of the sink unit, thereby making the sink unit clean.

<16> (3) The kitchen sink door has the far-infrared radiation unit this is simple in a structure and thus can be cheaply manufactured. [Description of Drawings]

<i7> Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a kitchen sink door according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

<18> Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of Fig. 1.

<i9> Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an internal structure of the kitchen sink of Fig. 1.

<20> Fig. 4 is a view illustrating use of the kitchen sink door of Fig. 1.

<2i> Fig. 5 is a partial sectional view of a kitchen sink unit of the related art. [Best Mode]

<22> Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

<23> Referring to Figs. 1 through 4, 'a kitchen sink unit includes a rectangular box body 100, an upper plate 200 formed at a top of the body 100, a door 300 formed at a front portion of the body 100. The door 300 includes a frame 350, front and rear rectangular transparent panels 310 and 312 fixed on the frame 350, a heating film 320 disposed between the front and rear rectangular transparent panels 310 and 312, an ultraviolet lamp 330 that is disposed at a side of the heating film 320 between the front and rear rectangular transparent panels 310 and 312 with a shielding layer 340 interposed between the heating film 320 and the ultraviolet lamp 330, a

reflective plate 342 that is formed on the front rectangular transparent panel 310 to correspond to the ultraviolet lamp 330, and a reflective plate 342 that is formed on the rear rectangular transparent panel 312 to correspond to the heating film 320.

<24> The heat ins film 3?0 inHurinς p fi Im that are interconnected in parallel by silver and laminated on the film, and a copper electrode laminated on the film. The heating film 320 emits far-infrared radiation. Such a heating film is being manufactured by a variety of companies such as Hyundai Film Company in Seoul, Korea.

<25> The far-infrared radiation generated by the heating film 320 is emitted frontward of the sink unit 10 by the reflective plate 342.

<26> The ultraviolet lamp 330 is completely isolated from the heating film 320 by the shielding layer 340. Ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp 330 are reflected toward the inside of the body 100 by the reflective plate 342 formed on the front rectangular transparent panel 310.

<27> A switch 110 is formed at a side of the body 100 to turn on and off the heating film 320 and the ultraviolet lamp 330.

<28> Although embodiments have been described with reference to a number of illustrative embodiments thereof, it should be understood that numerous other modifications and embodiments can be devised by those skilled in the art that will fall within the spirit and scope of the principles of the present invention.
