An infrared shielding film which has a metal particle-containing layer that contains metal particles and a binder, and wherein the binder contains a hydrolysis condensation product of a silane compound having a fluoroalkyl group; an infrared shielding glass plate which is obtained by laminating the infrared shielding film and a glass plate; and a window which is provided with a transparent support body and the infrared shielding film that is bonded to the transparent support body.
