Abstract:
An infrared zero value diagnosis method and system for a porcelain insulator string. The method comprises the following specific steps: acquiring an infrared thermal imaging spectrum of a porcelain insulator string to be diagnosed; extracting the temperature of a cap of each insulator in the infrared thermal imaging spectrum of said porcelain insulator string; calculating the temperature gradient value of each insulator in said porcelain insulator string, drawing a temperature gradient distribution curve, and forming a temperature gradient distribution matrix of all porcelain insulator strings to be diagnosed; respectively calculating the correlation coefficients of the temperature gradient distribution curve and an average curve of each string of insulators, and displaying the correlation coefficients by means of a scatter plot; and performing comprehensive analysis and discrimination on the formed temperature gradient distribution curve, the temperature gradient distribution matrix of said porcelain insulator string, and the scatter plot to complete testing said porcelain insulator string. The comprehensive determination is made by combining the correlation coefficients of the temperature difference value and the temperature gradient of caps, thereby further improving the accuracy of insulator infrared zero value diagnosis.
