Abstract:
The present invention discloses a new inhibitor for depressing the absorption of sucrose, wherein the inhibitor is arabinose complexes of trace element which frequently occurs in the body. The effect of the complexes is same whenever alone or combined with other natural product. The complexes can decrease the level of blood sugar and reduce weight. The present invention also provides a convenient method for separating arabinose.
