Title:
INJECTABLE HYDROGEL WHICH IS DEGRADATION-REGULATABLE AND HAS ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/010350
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an injectable hydrogel and a preparation method therefor, the injectable hydrogel comprising a matrix monomer and reduced graphene oxide coated with a block copolymer, wherein the matrix monomer comprises a first monomer and a second monomer. The injectable hydrogel of the present invention can achieve, through degradation regulation, excellent stability and degradability as necessary, has excellent electrical conductivity, and spontaneously gels within a short time in a physiological environment without an initiator or an external stimulus, and thus can be injected with minimal invasiveness. Therefore, the injectable hydrogel of the present invention can be variously applied as a bioelectrode requiring long-term use, a tissue engineering conductive scaffold having biodegradable properties, or the like.
