Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an injection, blowing, plating, filling and sealing integrated machine for a plastic packaging container. The injection, blowing, plating, filling and sealing integrated machine comprises an injection module for injection molding of blanks, bottle-blowing modules for performing a bottle blowing operation on the blanks to form bottle bodies, bottle body internally plating modules for forming barrier platings on inner wall faces of the bottle bodies, filling modules for filling inner cavities of the barrier platings of the bottle bodies with contained materials, a cap body internally plating module for forming barrier platings on inner wall faces of cap bodies, sealing modules for packaging the cap bodies on the bottle bodies to obtain plastic packaging containers having wall bodies of inner cavities all plated with the barrier platings, and a transfer module for transferring to the bottle-blowing modules the blanks formed and outputted by means of the injection module, transferring to the bottle body internally plating modules the bottle bodies formed and outputted by means of the bottle-blowing modules, transferring to the filling modules the bottle bodies internally plated and outputted by means of the bottle body internally plating modules, transferring to the sealing modules the bottle bodies filled and outputted by means of the filling modules and transferring to the sealing modules the cap bodies internally plated and outputted by means of the cap body internally plating module.
