Abstract:

The present invention relates to an injection mold, an injection molding machine comprising same, and a method for manufacturing an injection product by using same and, more specifically, to an injection mold, an injection molding machine comprising same, and a method for manufacturing an injection product using same, the injection mold including a mold having one or more layers of deposition layers stacked on the surface thereof, wherein the deposition layers comprise a fluoropolymer homopolymer or a polyether ether ketone (PEEK). According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing an injection mold, an injection molding machine comprising same, and a method for manufacturing an injection product by using same, which can manufacture, without special equipment, an injection product with a refine exterior having no external defects on the surface thereof such as swirl marks, silver streaks, G/F lifting, and weld lines, can be used semi-permanently without replacing parts or devices, and can greatly improve the time efficiency, the cost efficiency, and the precision of the manufacturing process.
