Abstract:
The present invention provides an injection molded magnetic material and a preparation method therefor. The injection molded magnetic material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of magnetic powder, 10-15 parts of a polymer adhesive, 0.5-1 part of a first coupling agent, 0.5-1 part of a second coupling agent, 2-5 parts of wollastonite, and 0.1-1 part of an auxiliary agent. According to the injection molded magnetic material of the present application, the surface of the injection molded magnetic material is filled with the wollastonite, so that the interface bonding effect among the components can be effectively improved; the use of the auxiliary agent and the wollastonite can ensure the formability and wear resistance of the injection molded magnetic material; the first coupling agent can improve the compatibility between the magnetic powder and the adhesive, and the second coupling agent can improve the adhesion of the wollastonite and improve the bonding force between the wollastonite and the magnetic powder, thereby improving the wear resistance of the injection molded magnetic material. The components in the proportion range can synergistically act, and the interface bonding effect among the components can be improved, thereby further improving the wear resistance of the injection molded magnetic material.
