Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an injection plug having a high degree of freedom of manufacture and an excellent workability and capable of easily maintaining an accuracy, a method of manufacturing a fuel injection valve having the injection plug, the injection plug having an injection hole with excellent shape and accuracy, and the fuel injection valve, the method of manufacturing the injection plug for injecting fluid comprising an electro-galvanizing step for manufacturing a part material in the form of one longitudinal material by adhering a metal to the periphery of a core, at least the surface of which is conductive, by an electro-galvanizing treatment, an injection plug forming step for manufacturing the injection plug by forming the part material, and a core removal step for removing the core, wherein the hole from which the core was removed forms the injection hole for injecting the fluid.
