Abstract:
An injector diagnosis device 1 comprises: an engine noise model generation unit 14 that, on the basis of the number of engine cylinders and an engine explosion pattern, generates a normal engine noise model and an abnormal engine noise model; an operation noise acquisition unit 12 that acquires an operation noise of the engine running according to the explosion pattern; a frequency characteristic calculation unit 13 that calculates a frequency characteristic of the operation noise acquired by the operation noise acquisition unit 12; and an injector diagnosis unit 15 that diagnoses the presence/absence of an injector fault on the basis of the operation noise frequency characteristic calculated by the frequency characteristic calculation unit 13, and the normal engine noise model and the abnormal engine noise model generated by the engine noise model generation unit 14.
