Abstract:
An injector, used for pushing a glaucoma drainage implant (5) into a schlemm canal, comprising a housing (1), a guide canal (2), a pushing mechanism (3), and a pushing wire (4). The guide canal (2) is connected to the housing (1), a distal end of the guide canal is used for accommodating the glaucoma drainage implant (5); the pushing wire (4) is provided in the guide canal (2); a distal end of the pushing wire (4) is abutted against the glaucoma drainage implant (5); a proximal end of the pushing wire (4) exposes a proximal end of the guide canal (2), and is connected to the pushing mechanism (3) in the housing (1); at least part of the pushing mechanism (3) is exposed to the housing (1), and is used for providing pushing force for the pushing wire (4), such that the glaucoma drainage implant (5) is pushed into the schlemm canal along the guide canal (2); and in the pushing process of the pushing mechanism (3), the distal end of the guide canal (2) is abutted against the exterior of the schlemm canal.
