Abstract:
Provided is an ink adhesion layer forming composition that includes at least a siloxane compound having three or more SiH groups in a molecule, wherein the H group concentration derived from the SiH groups in the total solid content included in the ink adhesion layer forming composition is 0.15-1.6 mass%. Also provided is a printing plate that dispenses with a development step and that has excellent ink repellent properties, ink adhesion properties, and durability during printing.
