Abstract:

　The present invention relates to ink cleaning in a flexographic press, and a purpose thereof is to quickly and at low cost remove cleaning water in the top of a seal blade. An ink cleaning device is provided with cleaning water supply channels (31, 32) connected to an ink chamber (5) provided with a seal blade (3) and a doctor blade (4) which slide over the outer periphery of an anilox scroll (1), a cleaning water supply device (30) for supplying cleaning water through the cleaning water supply channels into the ink chamber, a supply channel opening/closing device (9) for opening and closing the cleaning water supply channels, cleaning water recovery channels (11, 21, 23) connected to the ink chamber, a suction recovery device (7) for using suction to recover the cleaning water in the ink chamber through the cleaning water recovery channels, and a control device (100) for controlling these actions in accordance with preset control modes; the control modes including a depressurizing control mode in which the cleaning water supply channels are closed off by the supply channel opening/closing device (9) while the suction recovery device (7) is activated to recover the cleaning water by suction, the ink chamber interior is depressurized, and the seal blade is elastically deformed toward the ink chamber.
